Con questo cambio di denominazione sociale si compie un ulteriore passo importante nell'ambito dello sviluppo strategico e dell'integrazione all'interno del Gruppo Swegon.** L'obiettivo della fusione è unire le competenze, sfruttare le sinergie e rafforzare ulteriormente la posizione di mercato nel settore delle soluzioni di sistema ad alta efficienza energetica per un clima interno sano. Entrambe le aziende vantano una lunga esperienza e un elevato livello di competenza nello sviluppo e nella produzione di sistemi per il clima interno innovativi, in particolare nei settori del riscaldamento, raffrescamento e ventilazione. Presso la sede di Heppenheim, Swegon Operations HEP GmbH dispone di un moderno centro produttivo che integra sviluppo, produzione ed eccellenza operativa. I clienti continueranno a beneficiare della qualità consolidata, di risorse ampliate e di una collaborazione ancora più stretta all'interno della rete internazionale di Swegon. «Con il cambio di denominazione societaria creiamo una struttura chiara e uniforme che rende più visibile la nostra appartenenza al Gruppo Swegon e, allo stesso tempo, rafforza la nostra capacità operativa.
