La transazione comprende lo sviluppo, la produzione e la vendita di unità di trattamento aria per applicazioni residenziali. Il portafoglio Dantherm gode di una solida posizione sul mercato danese, con importanti vendite internazionali, creando opportunità di crescita sia sul mercato domestico sia all’esportazione. «Il segmento residenziale è un mercato chiave per Swegon e l’integrazione del rinomato portafoglio Dantherm rappresenta una tappa importante nella nostra strategia a lungo termine. Completa la nostra attuale gamma di prodotti e ci consente di offrire ai nostri clienti un’offerta ancora più ampia e competitiva», afferma Eva Karlsson, CEO del Gruppo Swegon. «Per tutti i nostri attuali clienti Dantherm il cambiamento sarà minimo – continueremo a offrire i nostri prodotti e servizi attraverso la stessa organizzazione», afferma Tom Bendixen, responsabile del team vendite Residential Ventilation di Dantherm. «La cessione dell’attività residenziale fa parte della razionalizzazione del nostro portafoglio di attività e tecnologie.
