By the acquisition of ABC Ventilationsprodukter, Swegon strengthens its position as one of the leaders within ventilation products in the Nordics. ABC Ventilationsprodukter will complement Swegon’s existing portfolio by broadening the product range within roof hoods, louvres, and fire and smoke products. ABC Ventilationsprodukter has a clear focus on safety and ventilation products.

ABC Vent was founded in 1976 and has 90 employees with the head office and manufacturing located in Borås, Sweden. Net sales in 2021 amounted to 138 MSEK.
